1.  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS EARTH FRIENDLY?

Yes, all our products are made from 100% cotton which is not only luxurious and comfortable for your dog, but it is completely bio-degradable and our hardware is also recyclable.  We also line all our products with 100% cotton.  Our packaging is also earth friendly... we do not use plastics wherever possible, but work with paper, kraft board, cotton and jute.  Even our coat hangers are wood.  Your purchase will not harm the earth in any way, or your beloved pet.

2.  DOES YOUR PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY?

No, we charge a flat rate of R79.00 per order for local deliveries and varying rates for international courier via DHL Express, with price depending on Country/Zone.  However, for orders valued at R650.00 or more, we do offer FREE delivery within South Africa (excl. select products).  We also have the option of Store Pick-Up By Customer, where you can either collect yourself, or arrange your own Courier to collect from us.  You can select your preferred Delivery Option on Checkout.  On every product page, we do highlight if there will be any fixed delivery fee for that particular product, however this is limited to larger items, such as our Beds.

3.  ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE TO A HIGHER QUALITY & STANDARD?

Yes, most definitely!  At Kingsley & Gray we believe in quality "everything" - we won't compromise on providing the best for your Rur Babes.  Our fabrics are all Designer Prints as well as 100% cotton and we fully line our collars, leads & harnesses in 100% cotton as well, making them stronger and more durable.  We will never use plastic or nylon... never ever!  Our hardware is "simply beautiful", unlike any others available in South Africa.  They are manufactured for us in our own moulds overseas, and we import them especially for our products to ensure that we give our clients nothing but the very best and a standard that is comparable internationally.  We also make all our products by hand (not in a factory, but in the homes of our various Artisans) and they are customised by our customers, making each accessory something unique - you get to choose the print, the hardware finish, as well as a thickness of 20mm or 25mm.  Every item is made up on order, just for you.  Therefore we can confidently and honestly say that all our Kingsley & Gray products are the best quality you can get in Cotton Dog Accessories.  Look out for the K&G unique Charm that comes on every Collar ,Lead & Harness - a bit of jewelry for your dog or kitty and you know are receiving a genuine Kingsley & Gray product.  Even our packaging is superb!

4. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

As each item is made up on order and customised to your specific requirements, we work on roughly 7-10 days to make it up for you, plus 1-3 days for delivery within SA or 4-7 days for international delivery.  Sometimes orders are made up faster and dispatched sooner, but this all depends on how many orders we have received before yours or what is in production at the time, but on average or worst case scenario, you are looking at 7-10 days to make up.  We will notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched and will send you a tracking number, so that you can "see where it is during delivery".  If you need your order delivered urgently though, for any specific or special occasion, please drop us an email and let us know, as we will always try and get it out earlier for you if needed.

5.  DO YOU SUPPLY INTERNATIONALLY?

Most definitely... we love shipping our products to our customers overseas and feel very proud seeing the Kingsley & Gray products on dogs from every country around the world.  We value your support, and as you are buying in our local currency (ZAR), you will find our products extremely affordable when buying with Dollars, Pounds, Euros etc.  For the convenience of our International Clientele, we have included a Currency Converter in our Boutique so that you can see our prices in your own currency.  On check out, simply select the DHL Express (International) Delivery option for your Country/Zone.

6.  DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns as our products are handmade on order and customised to our clients specifications.  We do not carry stock.  Therefore we encourage our customers to be sure of their requirements when ordering, especially the sizing.  Once an order is placed, our Designers/Artisans make them up just for you.  If, however, your product has not been made up exactly to your order specifications and the error is ours, we will replace or refund the product at our cost.

7.  ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES?

Our International Customers may be charged a fee at their country of entry.  This is for the customers account should your country raise a fee.  We do not include invoices with the parcel.

8.  HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE ORDERS?

Within South Africa, we use a door-to-door courier to deliver your order to you - generally arriving in 1-3 working days from dispatch.  We don't like to use the SA Postal Service just in case of losses or delays.  For International orders, we use DHL Express Door-to-Door which takes approximately 4-7 days to arrive once dispatched, depending on your country.

9.  HOW OFTEN DO YOU BRING OUT NEW DESIGNS?

There is no set time-line to each design in our Collection.  We buy limited amounts of fabric in each design and depending on how well they sell or how popular they are, we may re-stock it, however we do like to keep options fresh for our customers and therefore each design should be considered limited and once sold out we will bring in new options.  This will ensure that we stay on trend with colours, prints and afford our customers the opportunity to build on their K&G Wardrobe with different accessories for their dogs to wear.  However, as a rough guide, we do like to release new Collections every 6 months, plus bring out special editions for Christmas & Easter holidays, or with the changing Seasons... 10.  HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR MODELS?

When we do look for new or additional Models | Brand Ambassadors, we like them to be actual Kingsley & Gray customers who really LOVE the product and the brand and who have purchased our products previously or of their own accord.  We don't feel that having a Model Search and selecting the cutest dog to promote our products is authentic.  We prefer our Dog Models to be genuine K&G customers.  If we do look further afield, then we would select a Model or Model Owner that has their own Instagram & Facebook Profiles and work with us to promote our Products & Brand as Influencers.  However, we have found that 90% of our product photos are of our Customer's themselves, as they are the most genuine promoters of our products and love sending us photos of them wearing their K&G Wardrobe.  We love seeing our customers out and about strutting their stuff, and you can see a lot of these photos in our LIVING THE K&G LIFESTYLE page.

11.  DO WE HAVE / WELCOME STOCKISTS?

We do have some Stockists and Re-sellers, but these are limited.  As our Online Boutique is easily available to everybody worldwide, we find that most of our customers shop right here.

12.  DOES KINGSLEY & GRAY "GIVE BACK"

Yes, we believe that there are so many dogs in need out there, and so many are hurt, vulnerable or in need of good, loving homes that we just couldn't love dogs the way we do and not give back.  Therefore we select certain individual cases or charity groups that we donate to.  We like to keep it random and anonymous... to date we have donated to BLUE BUNDU BRIGADE, HUMANS HELPING ANIMALS, PHOENIX ANIMAL CARE, SCARR, ODIN & PACT.  The donations we feel "passionate" about, are the ones where we find out about a particular dog in a very desperate situation and we know that our donation is going to help that dog directly.  In most cases, it is towards the vet bill or similar, to help save a dog's life.  Veterinary Care is so vital, yet extremely costly, therefore we try and help in this area where we can.  We have also advertised in Happy Tails Magazine, the proceeds of which goes towards Animal Welfare and Animal Welfare Organisations.  We have also created the ORANGE POLKA Collection in collaboration with Dotsure Pet Insurance, whereby 10% of orders from this Collection are donated to the Animal Anti Cruelty League (AACL) in Johannesburg to help shelter animals in need.

13.  DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL CUSTOMISATION?

Yes we do... if you have a special colour that you're looking for (ie. for your wedding or similar), we'd be happy to see what fabric options are available that can be matched for your special occasion.  Something just for you.  We can also make special sizes if your dog has a unique or special size that requires adjustment.  Kingsley & Gray is all about offering a bespoke service, so please feel free to ask us for anything special.  If we can do it, we most certainly will!

14.  CAN YOUR PRODUCTS TO BE WORN EVERYDAY?

Our 100% Cotton Collections are made to the highest standard, however depending on the activities of your own dogs or cats, they can get dirty and the buckles can scratch.  Their longevity will depend on how well you look after them.  Our personal recommendation is to treat them as your "Sunday Best" and wear them on outings, walks, special occasions and when visitors come to your home, although, we do have clients that wear them every day.  They are washable by hand, in cold water and should be left to dry in a flat, shady place.  Iron when necessary.
